2014 Camp Programs

Boy Scout Resident Camp
Weeklong resident camp provides traditional Boy Scout experiences for ages 11-17.

June 22 - 28
June 29 - July 5
July 6 -12
Webelos Resident Camp
Five-day resident camp for Cub Scouts entering the 4th or 5th grade in the fall. (Runs concurrent with Cub Scout Day Camp)

July 13 - 17
Cub Scout Day Camp
Five-day camp for Cub Scouts entering the 2nd or 3rd grade in the fall. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. Lunch included. (Runs concurrent with Webelos Resident Camp)

July 14 - 18
Tiger Cub Twilight - New Date
Just for new Tiger Cubs, the program introduces boys to a camp overnight experience and Cub activities such as BB guns, archery, fishing, and swimming.

July 18 - 19
Boy Scout High Adventure Camp
Weeklong camp offers exciting outdoor experiences such as caving / spelunking, white water rafting, river based canoe trek, and rock climbing / rappelling. Must be 13 years old by September 1, 2014. (Also offered during each week of Boy Scout Resident Camp.)

Navy Jr. ROTC Camp
Camp provides outdoor program opportunities for young men and women participating in the US Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps.

National Youth Leadership Training - Canceled
An exciting, action-packed program designed to provide all youth members of the Boy Scouts of America with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home Troop and/or Crew.

Girl Scout / American Heritage Girls Resident Camp
Weeklong resident camp provides outdoor program opportunities for a wide-age group of Girl Scouts and American Heritage Girls.

Summer Camp Scholarships

We do not want any Scout excluded from attending Camp Mountaineer due to financial concerns

The Council provides the opportunity for Scouts to earn their way to camp by selling Scout-O-Rama Tickets, Popcorn, or Nuts. The unit may also provide additional fundraising opportunities. Contact the Council Office for more information.
