2015 Camp Programs

Cub Scout District Day Camps
"Take Flight"

Three days of fun for all Cub Scouts. Fee includes a Day Camp T-shirt. There will be two sessions, one for the Pierpont District (June 10-12, East Marion Complex, Fairmont) and one for the Mon-Preston District (June 22-24, Camp Mountaineer). Volunteers needed to help run program areas.

Tiger Twilight
For Tigers and all new Cub Scouts and their families, the program introduces boys to a camp overnight experience and Cub activities such as BB guns, archery, fishing, and swimming.
$50 for both Cub Scout and Parent, $25 additional youth or adult, $15 for those under 6 years old (siblings)

Weeklong resident camp provides traditional Boy Scout experiences for ages 11-17.

Cub Scout Adventure Resident Camp
"Take Flight"

Four-day resident (overnight) camp for Cub Scouts and Webelos, grades 2nd - 5th. Program runs Sunday through Wednesday with the option to camp out until Thursday morning.
Early Bird Fee: $185, After May 15th: $200

High Adventure Camp
Weeklong camp offers exciting outdoor experiences for Boy Scouts and Venturers such as caving / spelunking, white water rafting, river based canoe trek, and rock climbing / rappelling. Must be 13 years old by September 1, 2015.
Early Bird Fee: $340, After April 15th: $380

Venturing Wilderness Challenge Camp

Camp provides wilderness outdoor program opportunities for young men and women that include whitewater rafting, climbing & rappelling, archery, shotgun, rifle & pistol shooting and military drill.

Summer Camp Scholarships

We do not want any Scout excluded from attending Camp Mountaineer due to financial concerns

The Council provides the opportunity for Scouts to earn their way to camp by selling Scout-O-Rama tickets, Popcorn, or Nuts. The unit may also provide additional fundraising opportunities. Contact the Council Office for more information.
