Online Tour and Activity Plan to Go Live May 1

The new Tour and Activity Plan will officially replace the old Tour Plan beginning May 1, 2012. All of your previously approved Tour Plans will cross over and be archived in the new system, but any outstanding ones will not. If you have submitted a Tour Plan and it is yet to be acted upon, please contact your council ASAP and check on the status. If no action is taken by May 1, you will need to resubmit the trip via the new Tour and Activity Plan.
